Scalive accepted a join and started the connected lifecycle of a LiveView.

Parameters

lifecycle: The connected lifecycle that the join started.
target: Whether the join targeted a root or nested LiveView.
attempt: The join counters reported by the client.
durationNanos: The time from receiving the join until the lifecycle started, in nanoseconds.
