UploadProgress

The transfer progress binding of one upload, as returned by upload.onProgress.

The browser reads phx-progress only from the upload's own file input, so this value is not a modifier: pass it to that upload's liveFileInput, as in liveFileInput(upload, upload.onProgress(Msg.Progress)). Passing it to another upload's input throws IllegalArgumentException when the input renders.
