Navigation

trait Navigation extends MountNavigation

Changes the URL or leaves the current LiveView while it handles a message.

Patches keep the LiveView mounted and call handleParams with the new URL; navigation mounts another LiveView. See patch or navigate.

Defined by scalive.Navigation. View source (scalive/api/src/scalive/lifecycle/Capabilities.scala:50-65)

Methods4

pushPatch

def pushPatch(to: LiveLocation): zio.package.Task[Unit]

Changes the URL to to, a location of this LiveView's route, and adds a history entry.

The LiveView stays mounted and receives the new parameters in handleParams. Use it for filters, pagination, and tabs.

Defined by scalive.Navigation.pushPatch. View source (scalive/api/src/scalive/lifecycle/Capabilities.scala:56-56)

pushPatchUnsafe

def pushPatchUnsafe(to: String): zio.package.Task[Unit]

Like pushPatch, for a raw URL that the route types do not check.

Defined by scalive.Navigation.pushPatchUnsafe. View source (scalive/api/src/scalive/lifecycle/Capabilities.scala:59-59)

replacePatch

def replacePatch(to: LiveLocation): zio.package.Task[Unit]

Changes the URL to to, replacing the current history entry, without remounting.

Defined by scalive.Navigation.replacePatch. View source (scalive/api/src/scalive/lifecycle/Capabilities.scala:62-62)

replacePatchUnsafe

def replacePatchUnsafe(to: String): zio.package.Task[Unit]

Like replacePatch, for a raw URL that the route types do not check.

Defined by scalive.Navigation.replacePatchUnsafe. View source (scalive/api/src/scalive/lifecycle/Capabilities.scala:65-65)
